2024 Financial Disclosure Form
All financial disclosure reports are due no later than 5:00 pm on the day of the deadline.
| April 5 | Interim Financial Disclosure Deadline - For the period ending March 31 |
| June 18 | Primary Election Financial Disclosure Deadline - For the period ending June 17 |
| September 16 | Interim Financial Disclosure Deadline - For the period ending September 10 |
| October 29 | General Election Financial Disclosure Deadline - For the period ending October 28 |
| January 31 | Year-End Report Deadline - For the period ending December 31 |
Each county office, metro township and school board candidate with an open campaign or officeholder shall file a summary report by January 31st of each year, which shall include information as of December 31st of the previous year. New candidates are not required to submit a Year-End Disclosure.
Each county office, metro township and local school board candidate or office holder is considered active and subject to interim reporting requirements until the candidate brings their campaign account to a zero balance and files a campaign dissolution statement with the Salt Lake County Election Division.
