Vote in Person

For voters who would prefer to vote in person, or who need special accommodations, Salt Lake County has established Early Voting and Election Day Vote Centers. Valid identification is required to vote in person.

Services

Option 1: Early Voting

Early voting typically begins two weeks prior to an election at the Salt Lake County Government Center, then expands to additional locations after one week. A list of early voting locations and dates are available at the link below.

Option 2: Election Day Voting

Voters wishing to vote in person may do so at any Election Day Vote Center. All vote centers are generic and voters may use any center in the county regardless of where they reside.

  • Vote Centers are open from 7:00 am - 8:00 pm.
  • Voters who are eligible to vote in the election may vote at ANY Vote Center listed below on Election Day.
  • Valid Identification is required.
  • Voters may drop off their vote-by-mail ballot at a Vote Center during polling hours - no need to wait in line!
  • Room numbers will be available in the near future.

Voters with Disabilities

All vote centers are furnished with ADA compliant voting equipment. Disabled voters can visit any Vote Center to receive assistance in casting their ballot.
