Pretrial Supervision
Pretrial Services provides supervision for both misdemeanor and felony defendants. Pretrial supervises defendants who have been released under specified conditions. These conditions include requiring a defendant to report in regularly, undergo drug or alcohol testing or treatment, or be monitored electronically.
Pretrial Case Managers monitor compliance with the condition of release and report defendant's progress and/or violations to the courts. In the event of non-compliance, the judge may order a defendant to jail to await trial or add further conditions to the offender’s pretrial supervision.
