Administrator - Manage Users

Click Manage Users in the left navigation

Two tabs will appear under the People header

• List - Shows all accounts for your organization
• Expired Accounts - Shows users who have expired passwords

• Add Users
• Unblock Users
• Block Users

Expired Accounts Tab

• Click on a user to reset their password
