Administrator - Add Users

Click Manage Users in the left navigation

Click List tab

Click + Add user button

E-mail field

  • Enter new users email address

Confirm e-mail address

  • Re-enter new users email address

Status

  • Click Active

Type of User

  • Click Law Enforcement Officer
  • Only choose Law Enforcement Administrator for those who will be an administrator

Organization panel

  • Organization Name will pre-populate

Personal Information panel

  • In First Name, enter new users first name
  • In Last Name, enter new users last name
  • In Phone, enter new users phone number
  • In Badge Number, enter new users badge number
  • Click Create new account

New user will receive email with URL and login instructions.

The new user must then:

  • Click link in email
  • Click Log in button
  • In Password field, enter their new password
  • In Confirm password field, re-enter their new password
