Administrator - Add Users
Click Manage Users in the left navigation
Click List tab
Click + Add user button
E-mail field
- Enter new users email address
Confirm e-mail address
- Re-enter new users email address
Status
- Click Active
Type of User
- Click Law Enforcement Officer
- Only choose Law Enforcement Administrator for those who will be an administrator
Organization panel
- Organization Name will pre-populate
Personal Information panel
- In First Name, enter new users first name
- In Last Name, enter new users last name
- In Phone, enter new users phone number
- In Badge Number, enter new users badge number
- Click Create new account
New user will receive email with URL and login instructions.
The new user must then:
- Click link in email
- Click Log in button
- In Password field, enter their new password
- In Confirm password field, re-enter their new password
