Add Witness/Victim

To Add Witness/Victim, access Case Summary from any of the following:

• My Cases
• My Account > My eCourt Cases > View Case

Law Enforcement View - panel

Witnesses & Victims - sub-panel

• Click Add Party to Case

Enter all information you have for:

• Party
• Address
• Telephone
• Email/Social Media (especially email address)
• Notification Preference (if have email address, choose Send by Email)
• Click Submit to DA's Office
