Community Coalitions

Community Coalitions bring together people who live, work, and play in a specific community to improve the health and well-being of local residents.

Salt Lake County Health Department works closely with community coalitions throughout the county to provide infrastructure training and coaching, health expertise, and assistance with community projects. But each coalition is managed and run by its community, for its community.
