The Salt Lake County Board of Health has adopted the following regulations.

Proposed Regulations

The Salt Lake County Board of Health has proposed amendments to:

  • Health Regulation #2: Design, Construction, and Operation of Pools

The public comment period will end on Thursday, November 14, 2024.

Written comments are preferred and will be accepted if received by 5:00 P.M. on November 14. Comments should be submitted to HealthEH@slco.org or mailed to:

The public hearing will be on Thursday, November 14, 2024, from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. at:

We reserve the right to close the hearing at 5:30 P.M. if everyone present has had the opportunity to offer public comment.
