This program is designed to support and empower you on your journey to quit tobacco. Quitting is a personal challenge, but you don’t have to do it alone. This program provides you with the tools, resources, and professional support to help you break free from tobacco use and improve your well-being.

How to earn Healthy Lifestyles points

You can earn points by completing your annual physical, personal health assessment, workshops, logging healthy behaviors in Wellsteps, listening to the Wellcast, participating in weekly and monthly health activities, challenges and so much more.

Monthly Programs

Healthy Lifestyles programs focus on all the different dimensions of wellness. These are the month-by-month wellness programs that will be offered in 2024. 

Long Term Classes

Healthy Lifestyles offers long-term health and wellness classes that range from a few weeks to a year. These classes are designed for individuals with chronic conditions and for caregivers to those with chronic conditions. The length and rigor of the course determine the number of points a participant can receive for each class. Currently, we are offering the CDC National Diabetes Prevention Program, Living Well Classes and Walk With Ease. 

Evergreen Programs

Healthy Lifestyles Evergreen Programs are continually offered throughout the year. Participate in Mindful Moments, QPR Suicide Prevention Trainings, Elevate Your Step and Health Coaching year round!

Corporate Games

Compete against other county businesses in a variety of sporting and non-sporting events that create an "Olympic" style competition to win the Corporate Cup.
