Healthy Lifestyles programs focus on all the different dimensions of wellness. These are the month-by-month wellness programs that will be offered in 2024.
Healthy Lifestyles offers long-term health and wellness classes that range from a few weeks to a year. These classes are designed for individuals with chronic conditions and for caregivers to those with chronic conditions. The length and rigor of the course determine the number of points a participant can receive for each class. Currently, we are offering the CDC National Diabetes Prevention Program, Living Well Classes and Walk With Ease.
Healthy Lifestyles Evergreen Programs are continually offered throughout the year. Participate in Mindful Moments, QPR Suicide Prevention Trainings, Elevate Your Step and Health Coaching year round!
