You will find the greatest savings when you use providers within your plan’s provider network. Providers in these networks have agreed to discounted rates negotiated by your carrier.

Keep in mind some services may cost more or not be covered at all if you use a non-network provider. Some services may require pre-authorization even if the physician or facility is within the network. Always refer to your plan summary if you have questions.
