Program Overview
To provide career development opportunities, Salt Lake County offers employees who have never had a direct supervisory role participate in a Supervisor Credit Program. There is required coursework and a project involving predefined hands-on work experience for the employee. Through this program, employees will earn one full year of supervisory experience upon successful completion.
This is not the Supervisory Certificate Program. The coursework is the same, but employees must complete a year-long project designed by the agency and approved by Human Resources.
