Process Improvement

Process improvement, or continuous improvement, is a systematic approach to eliminate waste and make incremental improvements in the existing processes. Process improves helps with faster, better, more efficient and effective service delivery to internal and external customers.

We work with the County agencies to improve existing services and launch new ideas, products, policies, and services using design-thinking, data-driven, and agile practices. We proactively and iteratively improve processes to achieve desired goals.
