This program operates within the Salt Lake County Continuum of Care, under the leadership of the Salt Lake Valley Coalition to End Homelessness. Coordinated Entry simplifies the process of connecting households experiencing homelessness to housing programs, in an equitable and streamlined way.

Community Based Violence Intervention and Prevention

Our office administers this initiative for Salt Lake County, funded by the Department of Justice. The current project focus area is Magna Metro Township, in Salt Lake County. This project uses the Communities that Care Coalition framework to inform the group of the needs in the community.
