FEDERAL AGENCIES:

The Federal agencies listed below generally have responsibility for enforcing laws and regulations barring discrimination by the agencies within local government that exercise responsibilities, regulate, or administer services, programs, or activities in their functional areas.

Department of Agriculture:

All programs, services, and regulatory activities relating to farming and the raising of livestock, including extension services. They handle complaints alleging discrimination in

agricultural and rural programs, such 4-H clubs and supplemental nutrition programs like Women, Infants and Children (WIC).
