How to: File an Appeal

  • Late appeals for 2024 property valuation will be accepted until March 31, 2025. All late appeals must meet late appeal guidelines in order to be accepted.

There are four ways to submit an appeal

If you proceed to file an appeal, you only need to file in one method.

ALL COMMERCIAL appeals required a Confidentiality Agreement

To submit your appeal Online: -- NOTE: MLS sales should be within 1 year of January 2024.  Please disregard  incorrect dates on Step 8

  • First, gather all necessary information and evidence
  • Click the Online Property Tax Appeal button below.
  • Follow the instructions and attach evidence.
  • Submit your appeal.
