Governance

SOAR is a countywide initiative that will capture the expertise of County employees, voices of constituents, and will engage with county leadership to review, and where appropriate, reimagine how the County services are delivered.

The project governance group includes representatives from council, mayor’s portfolio, and elected offices. Additionally, there will be project working groups involving many additional employees. 

Executive Sponsors

The Mayor and the Council are the Executive Sponsors of this project. The Executive Sponsors are responsible for creating the organizational climate necessary for success and will make key policy and funding decisions.

Project Steering Committee

Steering Committee is made up of key stakeholders who represent their organization, provide input and direction for the project, make key decisions, and remove barriers to success by communicating and championing the project vision.​
