Stream Water Quality Reports

Salt Lake County's Watershed Program conducts routine water quality monitoring in streams throughout the county. Data collected includes: bacteria (E coli), water chemistry (field parameters), and aquatic macroinvertebrates. These data from provide a picture of the overall health of the lower Jordan River Watershed Basin and its subwatersheds.

The Watershed Program will continue to monitor stream water quality with an aim to determine where/why degradation occurs, and to provide solutions to preserve the chemical, physical and biological integrity of the watershed.
